Features

Rotary type pleating machine is a type of pleating machine designed for high speed production. They are capable of producing pleats of range of widths and depths.

The rotary pleating machines are best suited machines for those places where there is a requirement of high production volumes of single specific filter size and pleat depth. These machines are usually not adjustable with regard to pleat sizes but the pleats of different sizes can be made by changing the set of pleating rollers. The rollers of various sizes can be used for making different pleat sizes. It's equipped with automatic pre-slitting, pleating system, electric (after) heating system, automatic counter system. According to customer's demands, main machine, supplement part (for Transferring the paper), working platform, decoiler (paper roll holder) can separately be ordered. This machine can be made as customer's requirements.
