1. About the product

The device is designed based on the Toyota LS400 air suspension system to holistically demonstrate the structure and operation of air suspension. The device applies to theoretical teaching and maintenance training of the air suspension system in secondary and senior vocational skill schools, normal education and training institutions.

Features

1. A real and operable air suspension system is used to illustrate the structure of the system.
2. The height of air suspension and hardness of shock absorber are adjusted by operating the height controller or adjusting the suspension height or actuators, for example, the ECU compressor, height control solenoid valve, and shock absorber hardness controller. In this way, the device demonstrates operation of the air suspension system.
3. A color principle diagram on the training platform is protected by 3mm-thick organic glass. The diagram and air suspension system can help trainees learn and analyze the operating principle of the system.
4. The training platform is installed with detection terminals to detect electric signals, for example, resistance, voltage, current, and frequency, of circuit components of the air suspension system.
5. The training platform is installed with a fault indicator lamp and a diagnosis socket, which automatically diagnoses the system by blinking fault codes in case of short circuit.
6. The practical training platform’s base frame is made in steel and the surface is paint-coated. Self-retention wheels are installed to ensure that the platform is flexible, reliable and endurable.
