Description:

1. 2. The guide way adopts box way type to be designed.It is handled by supersound quenching process,which prolongs the working life and enhances the mechanical property.In order to decrease the friction coefficient of machinery to minimum and ensure the stabilization of the machining accuracy,the plate sliding contact surfaces are plastic coated（teflon）.

3. The castings not easily distort,stand wear and tear and have stable property by artificial aging treatment.

4. The CNC control system is adopted so it has a high level of automation and one worker could control more machines.Products quality and working efficiency could be improved.

5. The main spherical material could be processed：A105、2Cr13、304、304L、316、316L、ENP（chemical nickel-plating）、Chrome Plating（hard chrome）、Tungsten Carbide（wolfram carbide）、ceramic sphere.
