GZLH860 HIGH Capacity wood pellet product line

This product line is mainly used for processing biomass fuel wood pellet, it consists by a set of GZLH860, and including conveyors, grind section, dryer section and stock silo. The complete set is controled by electric controler and the output is 2.5-3.5 t per hour. The whole equipment is working continuously, reasonable structure, occupied area small, low energy consumption and high efficiency.

Applied to the materials withadhesiveness and shaping. Such as rice husk, shell of sunflower seed, peanuts shells and othervarious melon shell;Branches ,tree trunk, bark and otherwood scraps; all kinds ofcrops straw; Rubber,cement, ash and other chemical raw materials.

1. The drum chipper cut the logs to pieces,preparing for the hammer mill's work.

2. The hammer mill will ulteriorly process the wood pieces to powder.

3.If the moisture of the powder is more than 12%, you'll need the dryer.Through the conveyor, the powder is sent to the dryer,during the drying,moisture should be below 50%.moisture will be below 12% after drying process.Or, you can also choose to dry powder natrually.

4. After the drying process, the powder is transported into the pellet machine for granulating. The moisture of powder should be 8-12% to make sure good working.

5. Transport the pellet to silo by conveyor.
